Joined Stine Seed Company 2023
Technical agronomist Adams Sills joined the Stine® agronomy team in February 2023, shortly after serving as a regional sales agronomist for southern Indiana. With over 13 years in the industry, Adam brings a wealth of agronomic and research knowledge to his role with Stine.
As a technical agronomist, Adam is charged with evaluating performance development plots, assigning ratings on new experimental corn and soybean products, and evaluating plot data. He also works with our independent sales representatives and growers in the field to help answer their questions or discuss any issues that may arise during the growing season.
Adam got his start in agriculture at the University of Missouri, where he received his degree in plant science in 2014 and spent time working in their soybean breeding lab. He also received a Master of Science in Agronomy in 2018 from Kansas State and has spent several years working with different genetic companies. Outside of agriculture, Adam and his girlfriend enjoy spending time with their puppy, Annie, trying new restaurants and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.
