Ken Wolf

Joined Stine Seed Company 2005

As the director of training, Ken Wolf leads new sales team members through the ins and outs of Stine’s policies, procedures and product lineups. He provides his trainees the information and resources they need to serve the growers who put their trust in Stine.

With more than 40 years of experience, Ken has served in a variety of capacities in the seed industry, most recently as the eastern director of sales for Stine — a position he held for three years. Prior to that, Ken spent more than 25 years as a regional sales manager. Ken now leverages his experience to help new sales team members get acclimated with Stine as quickly as possible so that they they’re ready to hit the field running.

In addition to in-person training, Ken coordinates all online sales and agronomy training, including monthly online classes to educate new hires and provide continuing education for veteran sales team members.

Ken grew up in Akron, Ohio, and became involved in the seed industry while he was at Wheaton College, earning his B.M. degree.
