If you have a passion for agriculture, appreciate delivering top-tier solutions to customers and want to represent a growing national brand, you’ve found your role. We’re looking for individuals who have:

  • Three or more years of experience, preferably in agriculture, farming, agronomy, seed and/or ag equipment with preference to a sales background
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory
  • Proactively seeking new and profitable grower accounts to drive business growth; continually developing relationships and tracking all activity through a CRM system
  • Understanding and implementing marketing initiatives while driving key products and services in target markets
  • Communicating and executing our sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals for the district
  • Working in conjunction with a Stine regional sales agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory
  • Developing and enhancing relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller
